Richard Fleming - Executive Coach, Senior Presenter and Trainer

Richard Fleming is well known for his extraordinary ability to build, develop, and direct corporate, national and management teams in the private, public, and charitable environments. 

He has directed start-up ventures in all of those sectors, building (and taking public) one of  the first profit improvement management consultancies with offices in 10 countries and 400 consultants worldwide. Later he grew the Training Business Group to 25 locations across the UK where they trained some 4000 participants a week.

Richard also launched the first 24-hour satellite TV company capable of reaching nearly 100 million European homes and 100 million Middle Eastern viewers, which now broadcasts into 80 nations.

Richard is an exceptional presenter, trainer, and senior management coach and has worked in all spheres of a company - coaching both senior executives and the individual employee under his leadership and on his team.  He is also a published author.

With many other skills and accomplishments to his credit, Richard has given countless hours to charitable service and to individuals, which springs from a deep commitment to integrate business with character and faith.  In addition to all that he has accomplished, he is a warm and energetic mentor, coach and trainer, and a trustee with profound commitment to ‘make a difference’.

Ian Pounce - Trainer/Coach

Ian Pounce worked internationally for 15 years in 16 countries gaining valuable management experience and ran training programmes for managers of businesses, NPO’s and charities in SE Asia and Europe.  While in Asia Ian directed the sales and marketing strategy for a US owned consultative services company based in China and worked as a manager in an international charity.  He then became managing director of an international placement agency based in Thailand and managed its commercial aims as well as getting involved with extensive charitable work in the region. 

Ian returned to the UK in 2003 working alongside the international management team promoting transformational business across the organisation.  In 2006 he became an associate of Primeast running training for managers from the corporate and public sectors.  Ian has coached and trained many individuals from companies including Informa Group, Roche, The European Legal Alliance, GlaxoSmithKline, The Countryside Alliance, Virgin Mobile, BSkyB, AIB, BNP Paribas, SembCorp, Eisai, Pfizer and Petronas.

Pari Rickard - Senior Trainer/Coach

Pari, an American by birth, has worked in the UK and internationally for nearly 15 of the last 20 years. He has significant global business experience, set up and ran an information gathering company with branches in 67 countries, was MD of a maritime concern in the Caribbean and South America, and over the last 5 years, was International Personnel Director for a company with offices in 17 nations and 1100 staff. Additionally, Pari has a BA in Communication (Hons), as well as MA and PhD Studies in International and Intercultural business.

Pari, who has mentored hundreds of individuals from a wide variety of companies, has also consulted and guided many business planning sessions. Pari is a very experienced warm and dynamic trainer and comes to us from Primeast where he is a senior trainer working extensively with hundreds of FTSE 100 firms.

Steve Mallison-Jones - Co-Founder ROI Leadership Europe and Trainer /Coach

Amongst other things, Steve is currently the Director of Indigo Red - an Executive Search Firm of significant achievement.

Steve has extensive national and international experience within the executive search business and has helped build teams within Virgin Media, Apple, Carphone Warehouse, Skype and Cisco amongst others.  Additionally, he also has in-depth understanding of Public Relations, Marketing, Sales Management, Executive Coaching, Training and Technology.

Steve served in the RAF within Telecommunications for 8 years, and then moved overseas to the Middle East to manage a Relief and Development organisation for 4 years. 

Currently, Steve is chairman and trustee of several charities and enjoys an active family life with four amazing children and one outstanding wife.
