VSC work with the Charity Sector to build a better world - as experienced by individuals, families, organisations, towns and cities. We do this by providing leadership for increased efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the administration of Charities and in particular but without prejudicing the generality of the foregoing to provide office space with integrated services to such charities.

We seek to meet the needs of the charity sub-tenant
VSC identifies the needs of the prospective charity sub-tenant and then either secures a minimum five-year lease without right to terminate, or seeks to buy the freehold of the building that will meet the needs of the charity sub-tenant.
